About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large ground-up build for an elementary school. This role involves managing a three-story, 200,000 GSF elementary school project in Prince County.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the project to maximize profit and exceed client expectations.
Manage day-to-day project development, including project plans, defining tasks, timelines, resources required, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsible for risk management.

Requirements

Project management
Construction management
Experience with base build and ground-up construction projects
Proficiency with Autodesk, Construction Cloud, Procore, or Bluebeam
Relevant local General Contractor (GC) experience
Experience managing at least 1-2 projects as a Project Manager
Base build experience on projects valued between $20-200 million

Nice to Have

Experience with education projects
Experience managing financials, including payouts and schedule management

Qualifications

Experience managing at least 1-2 projects as a Project Manager
