About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Validate that the iterative delivery process and methodology rules are followed.
• Remove obstacles that impede the iterative delivery process.
• Ensure everyone understands the delivery approach and that the team and stakeholders are aligned on the next steps.
• Facilitate iterative delivery communication events such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate decisions regarding the product and help resolve team issues based on forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning principles.
• Validate that all team members are actively participating.
• Ensure communications to and between teams are clear, concise, and well understood, seeking clarification from stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate with the agile portfolio delivery coordinator and scrum masters regarding impediments and dependencies.
• Work closely with business customers and technical teams to understand the tools environment.
• Collect and document existing automation tools environment details.
• Collaborate with automation tools consultants for assessment report preparation.
• Document workshop session discussions, responses, data, and best practices.
• Support in documenting playback session reports.
• Assist in validating data points, benchmarking against industry trends, and supporting data analysis, reports, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience in validating delivery processes and methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate communication and decision-making within Agile teams.
• Experience working with automation tools and understanding tools environment.
• Ability to collect, document, and analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $85,000-$90,000 per year.
