Key Responsibilities

Managing industry changing projects, including leading and delivering challenging projects from start to finish.
Contributing to the development of project budgeting and scheduling.
Overseeing the strategy and execution of construction projects through completion.
Creating strategic and collaborative solutions to meet project goals.
Establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team.
Developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful communication.
Managing client and vendor relationships to ensure seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall relationship development.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
Project management experience in a Financial Services Retail Banking environment is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
Proven track record of results, acting decisively, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in project or construction management within financial services or retail banking sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
3+ years of relevant project or construction management experience.
