About the Role

As a Project Manager at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in supporting the Payments Acceptance organization by managing compliance-related projects primarily driven by card brand association changes. You will lead all aspects of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure, to ensure successful and timely project completion. Your leadership and clear communication will enable our team to make informed decisions and enhance our process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance-related projects, ensuring all aspects of the project life cycle are managed effectively.
Adhere to the Fiserv demand management process and ensure all project deliverables and artifacts are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor and confirm the accuracy of IT timekeeping/reporting to deliver projects within budget.
Communicate project status and health to leadership and key stakeholders, assisting with escalations as needed.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within the team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management.
Knowledge and experience working with Fiserv merchant acquiring front/back-end IT teams.
Ability to lead and capture highly technical discussions with clear written communication.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Nice to Have

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification.
Proficiency with Clarity, SharePoint, Power BI, and project management tools.
Experience driving large-scale change efforts.
Familiarity with card brand associations (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

Qualifications

Educational background in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
