Project Manager - Data and Analytics - RE Tech Advisors

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for project initiatives, utilizing tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and adhere to company standards. Integrate each project into RE Tech's development roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Address challenges and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to cost constraints.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands while maintaining quality standards.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Prepare detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

• 3+ years in a project management role, with emphasis on leading cross-team collaboration, creative problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and success in project planning and management.
• Experience supporting sustainability, climate, energy and/or decarbonization programs or projects is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic project planning and execution.
• Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs, and coordinating projects across multiple teams.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting sustainability, climate, energy and/or decarbonization programs or projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management role with emphasis on leading cross-team collaboration.
• Experience defining projects, driving requirements, and coordinating across multiple teams.
