Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to deliver services such as Website Design & Development, SEO, PPC, and Lead Generation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with remote teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges.
• Ensure the timely communication with the clients through Account Managers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, website design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, etc.).
• Experience in managing offshore teams and navigating cultural and communication differences.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage over 10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Qualifications

• Marketing experience (1-2 years).
• Digital marketing experience (1-2 years).
• Project management experience (3-5 years).
• Leadership and online advertising experience.

Benefits & Perks

• Contract position with a pay range of $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
