Project Manager - EBS

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a defined project or sub-set of projects within set organizational procedures and standards.
• Work independently to provide project communication, documentation, and coordination for small, low-complexity projects or a specific portion of larger, more complex projects.
• Collect and analyze project requirements with the project sponsor/customer or senior colleagues, design the implementation proposal, and evaluate feasibility for projects.
• Develop project schedule, project communication, secure funding, and allocate resources (internal & external).
• Monitor and track project activities, budget, timeline, and risks.
• Regularly report project progress and project issues/risks to senior-level peers or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, technical, analytical, or related disciplines.
• Two (2) years of project management experience. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirement.
• Project planning/coordination and budgeting experience.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused orientation.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, or business systems.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Billing to Collections processes.
