Project Manager, Execution and Design - North America Foodservice

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in category development project teams to create new offers and partner with BU to pilot new ideas, offers, and innovations for future growth.
• Partner with internal design teams and external consultants to lead design-related projects and initiatives.
• Manage equipment supply chain for foodservice rollouts.
• Collaborate with BUs to identify gaps, document action items, coordinate solutions, and communicate progress until completion.
• Partner with Category and Innovation Teams to define pilot purpose, KPIs, store selections, and write scope of work for projects.
• Ensure structured project management for all pilot and rollout activities with decision gates and stakeholder buy-in.
• Create and manage Gantt charts to capture project steps, tasks, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain pilot project budgets, collaborating with local BU resources and category teams.
• Coordinate with BU Facility/Construction teams to order equipment and manage on-site construction activities.
• Lead all pilot and rollout project team coordination calls.
• Report project progress, document learnings, and ensure alignment among project team members.
• Participate in global category research, development, testing, rollout, and planning activities.
• Work with local Concept/Facilities resources to design and coordinate store-specific activities.
• Ensure global concept standards and guidelines are followed.
• Analyze effectiveness and performance of new concepts, provide reporting, and suggest improvements to minimize costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Support all global working hours and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Leadership, team building, and project management experience.
• Design experience is an asset.
• Supply chain experience is an asset.
• Strong collaboration, cooperation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in project management.
• Retail or convenience store experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office suite and industry programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Higher relevant education or equivalent experience.
• Project Management training or competencies.
• Design training or competencies.
• Category Management training or competencies is an asset.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
