About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-to-advanced-level project management work activities and projects requiring the application of project management knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient, and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.
• Develop, review, and coordinate the project plan, schedule, budget, activities, materials, equipment, tools, and staff.
• Assist in developing and scoping documents, deliverables, and cost estimates.
• Assist in data gathering and analysis for the reporting on the project progress, scheduled deliverables, and budget.
• Identify, clarify, and make recommendations for solutions to project plan deviations and work-related problems with least impact and risk through analysis of reports and records; evaluate multiple solutions and interpret the results of the technical analysis.
• Hold contractors accountable to the system safety process.
• Provide recommendations as an active participant of a project management team; communicate and coordinate with customers and interconnected companies on issues.
• Support project management team members: provide guidance and training, as assigned; review work of other team members, as assigned.
• Utilize technical interfaces of project management and provide technical support to team.

Requirements

• Experience in project management activities related to engineering and design projects.
• Ability to develop, review, and coordinate project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills for data gathering and reporting on project progress.
• Ability to identify deviations and recommend solutions with minimal impact and risk.
• Experience working with contractors and ensuring safety processes are followed.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and team members.
