This opportunity entails planning, overseeing, and delivering information technology projects within the company or for clients. They manage project resources, budgets, scope, and quality. They also coordinate with different departments and stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and report on project progress and results.

Key Responsibilities

Establishes and implementing project management processes and strategies for all technical projects.
Analyzes project requirements and developing work schedules, milestones, and deliverables for the team.
Delegates tasks and overseeing the daily operations of the technical team.
Monitors team performance and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Provides technical support and guidance to the team and clients as needed.
Communicates project status and issues to senior management and clients.
Evaluates project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or
In lieu of education, 11 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Knowledge of advanced geospatial concepts such as spatial analysis, map projections, coordinate systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

GISP Certification
Experience with ArcGIS Online applications (Experience Builder, Dashboards, etc.)
Experience leading simple to complex development projects
