This position provides flexibility to work both in the office and remotely and is based in Auburn, IN. Certain job responsibilities may require time in the office on a regular basis. The role involves managing point of sale implementation projects for internal and external customers, building new products, and enhancing existing payment processing solutions, within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages a single project from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment, ensuring project objectives are met within established timeframes.
  • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring the project team is resourced as needed.
  • Partners with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution, while building and developing business relationships vital to project success.
  • Tracks and reports progress using management information systems, and develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with project management or process improvement.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and display flexibility.
  • Experience working with external customers or customer service is beneficial.
  • Typically, a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
