About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects aligned with company objectives
• Lead project planning and execution with a focus on compliance with land use regulations and zoning requirements
• Oversee site due diligence, permitting, and entitlement processes to support real estate development goals
• Collaborate with legal, governmental, and community stakeholders to navigate regulatory approvals and mitigate project risks
• Manage resources and collaborate with project teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project scope, objectives, and expectations are clearly defined and maintained
• Identify and assess risks within projects, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including records, reports, schedules, and budgets
• Analyze project data to generate metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with subcontractor and vendor requirements, including insurance and other contractual obligations
• Monitor and optimize workflows across systems and tools to improve efficiency and streamline project operations
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of land use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes
• Proficient in applying real estate principles to site selection, feasibility, and development strategy
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure project compliance
• Ability to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements while aligning with strategic goals
• Initiative to anticipate challenges and independently develop innovative, forward-thinking solutions
• Strong critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations and provide actionable, well-reasoned recommendations
• Confidence in decision-making under pressure, effectively managing trade-offs between risks and opportunities
