Project Manager, Information Technology

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT projects and efforts as assigned.
• Develop meeting agendas, schedule and facilitate project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Create and maintain project charters, schedules and other key project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports.
• Track project tasks assigned to internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain a schedule that requires availability after-hours for system upgrades, project rollouts and emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Ability to develop project charters, schedules, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Availability to work after-hours for system upgrades, project rollouts, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within an IT environment.
• Skills in developing project documentation and schedules.
• Ability to track and report on project progress.
