Project Manager IS

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple tank cleaning projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Line up crews for different assignments and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Manifest different types of waste for disposal.
• Communicate directly with customer representatives via daily updates through phone and email.
• Support management in day-to-day operations and ensure personnel compliance with monthly training assignments.
• Develop sales plans that support profitable revenue objectives.
• Act as primary liaison between customer and HPC operations to resolve service issues.
• Monitor account activity to ensure customer KPIs are met.
• Cultivate relationships to retain clients and generate referrals.
• Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase and coordinate recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Support customers during contract implementation and throughout the relationship, seeking feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate account activity and requirements with support staff to maintain high service levels.
• Develop, present, and execute sales and marketing plans for existing accounts.
• Coordinate and present business reviews and planning meetings as scheduled.

Requirements

• Seven years of industrial cleaning environment experience with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment.
• Prior project management or supervisory experience with leadership skills.
• Ability to research, plan, and follow-up on leads to secure business.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
• Two-year technical degree with seven years in industrial cleaning or equivalent experience; preference for a BS in a related field.

Nice to Have

• Project management experience including management of bid proposals to project execution.
