PROJECT MANAGER - IT

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate tasks and support communications among cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Facilitate vendor coordination, status updates, and basic contract administration under supervision.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project governance efforts.
• Learn and adopt internal project management tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, IT, or a related field preferred.
• At least one current certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), such as CAPM or PMP.
• 0-2 years of relevant project coordination or management experience; internship or co-op experience acceptable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications
