Key Responsibilities

Managing client relationships
Commercial management of contracts including delivery of budget gross margin
HSE management and compliance
Scope management including management of project interface
Plan and manage all elements of the project including financial, resourcing, construction, procurement, and scheduling
Cost control including forecasting and estimating
Project reporting
Quality management
Team leadership - multidisciplinary
Risk management
Liaison with Contracts, Construction, and Procurement teams

Requirements

Ideally 10+ years of EPC/M project management experience in mining and minerals processing, preferably with international exposure
Ability to work in a matrix organization across diverse groups within a multinational organization
Strategic thinking
Strong project execution skills
Demonstrated reliability and commitment to meeting project goals
Understanding of customer needs
Learning agility including proficiency with software platforms such as SAP, Enovia, MS Office suite, AutoCAD
Ability to effectively lead teams through periods of change and innovation
Team leadership experience

Nice to Have

Experience with international mining and minerals processing projects
Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment

Qualifications

Relevant project management experience in EPC/M in mining and minerals processing
