National Grid is hiring a Project Manager. This position is based in either Waltham, Massachusetts or Brooklyn, New York. Our Corporate Affairs team is dedicated to protecting and enhancing our reputation across the UK and US territories. We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Head of Systems, Frameworks & Digital Transformation in developing and managing systems and processes that ensure data quality and effective management.

Key Responsibilities

Become our Subject Matter Expert (SME) on stakeholder data, ensuring data quality and effective management practices.
Collaborate with the Research, Insights & Performance team to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions.
Support the development and administration of our stakeholder management platform, enhancing our engagement processes.
Work with colleagues to identify and implement innovative technologies that boost communication and collaboration.
Design and implement training programs to elevate digital and data literacy within the Corporate Affairs team.
Help establish frameworks for managing key external relationships, queries, and complaints with consistency and rigor.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Experience working with large datasets and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to build relationships across teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen interest in technological developments, including AI, related to Corporate Affairs.
Ability to listen to and synthesize requirements into actionable solutions.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of AI and latest technological developments related to Corporate Affairs.
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience working with data management, analysis, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
