About the Role

Are you passionate about leading programs that bring new products to life and improve existing ones? At Hologic, we're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver impactful solutions within budget and on schedule. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring flawless execution and effective collaboration across R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Quality. We are located in Newark, DE and open to a hybrid schedule, if commutable and will also consider remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) processes from development to commercialization.
Coordinate and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Quality departments.
Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in project management or related fields.
Proven expertise in New Product Introductions (NPI) and phase/gate processes.
Familiarity with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations for medical device design and development.
Knowledge of project management fundamentals including scheduling, risk management, and resource planning.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with continuous improvement practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in new product development.
Experience working within medical device industry regulations.
