Project Manager - Physician Compensation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing projects or components of projects of varying complexity.
• Leading process improvement activities within the OSF Healthcare system.
• Contributing to and directing people, process, and technology integration.
• Ensuring adherence to department Standards of Performance related to project execution and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR Completion of High School or its equivalent and a minimum 3 years experience managing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience with provider compensation packages.
• Experience with key OSF applications.
• Experience managing components of a project.
• Experience using information technology in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with application implementation or support in the healthcare industry.
• Experience participating on a project team.
• Experience with processes and their interrelationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma with 3 years of project management experience.
