Project Manager, Procurement

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support in delivering end-to-end solutions by starting transformations well, executing well, and optimizing beyond delivery.
• Achieve key milestones on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop a small project team and support the development of the wider Strategic Change & Transformation function.
• Uplift and innovate to develop strategic delivery capability across FanDuel and Flutter.
• Demonstrate tangible improvements in operational processes and business performance as a result of project initiatives.
• Build strong relationships and ensure clear communication across teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Proactively identify, escalate, or mitigate risks to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support the delivery of growth and efficiencies, optimizing resource allocation and driving value creation.
• Support the smooth implementation of new processes or systems with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
• Embed a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams and projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide direction and motivation, and manage workstreams and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives and key priorities.
• Gather and analyze information from various sources to support decision making and provide clear insights.
• Establish and monitor critical measures to track project success and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a small team and provide hands-on project execution.

Requirements

• Experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming, or eCommerce industries.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Excellent engagement skills across organizational levels and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to navigate a global organization and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with financial and budget tracking management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and delivery capabilities in project delivery.
• Experience with business change management.
• Proven experience within project delivery roles.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with digital transformation or technology-enabled projects.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

• Salary range of $94,000 - $117,500 USD, dependent on experience and location.
