The EPMO Project Manager will support cross-functional projects within Azurity, providing operational and strategic support to ensure project alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets, while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring process discipline throughout the product lifecycle process through consistent, rigorous application of the Management System and training team members as needed.
  • Work closely with colleagues within the Science organization to facilitate project execution.
  • Setting up meetings, ensuring meeting quality, and maintaining adherence to meeting cadence.
  • Authoring all asset A3s owned by the VP Category Management.
  • Documenting actions and driving action items to closure, holding cross-functional owners accountable.
  • Connecting activities, identifying missed actions or interdependencies, and assessing decisions for unforeseen consequences.
  • Maintaining project plans, meeting minutes, action logs, and providing clear communication updates to the EPMO and science team.
  • Managing and making recommendations to improve best practices within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EMPO).
  • Overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives including structuring programs, managing projects, and supporting analytics and stakeholder consensus.
  • Driving the execution of the Management System across corporate areas and shepherding the process organization-wide.
  • Creating and facilitating monthly operating committee meetings, including KPI data collection from across the company.
  • Providing recommendations to the Chief of Staff for project management process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • 3+ years of direct or indirect management experience.
  • Experience with leading complex programs in Pharmaceuticals or PBMs and/or commercial launch activities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SmartSheet.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or similar are preferred.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Ability to occasionally climb stairs or ride elevators and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to manipulate keyboards, operate telephones, and hand-held devices.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, CSM or similar certification.
  • Pharmaceutical or PBM project management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SmartSheet.
