Project Manager- Social Media / Advertising

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support social and advertising teams across 75% social / 25% advertising projects
• Manage several concurrent projects of varying complexity
• Collaborate with designers and attend regular social team meetings
• Maintain and flex timelines based on shifting priorities
• Organize and manage final files and asset delivery
• Ensure smooth execution of short-turnaround projects (days vs. weeks)
• Use Workfront for project tracking (preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Proven experience running social campaigns in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus
