About the Role

Our global financial services client is seeking a Project & Operations Specialist to join their team for the next 3 months, working onsite in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports the Integrated Marketing Business Operations team, focusing on managing project execution, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The specialist will lead cross-functional initiatives, track OKRs, and provide strategic reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion
Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
Prepare and present status reports to upper management
Lead teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Implement controls and compliance measures
Drive process optimization and track OKRs for Integrated Marketing

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within client service, Global Banking, or Treasury Services
Strong understanding of organizational structure and product offerings, especially channel and payment solutions
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure settings

Nice to Have

Background in technology or financial services project management
Technical aptitude and familiarity with production environments

Qualifications

Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
