The Project Manager - Spindrift Ventures is the organizational backbone of the Ventures team. Reporting to the Director of New Business Development, this role is responsible for tracking and managing all active Ventures projects - from the earliest ideation, through in-market launch. You will develop and maintain clear project timelines, track status updates, manage open items, capture and circulate meeting notes, and ensure all Ventures stakeholders are aligned and accountable. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage across functions, and the confidence to "manage up" to ensure progress against ambitious goals.
