About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Web Producer to support content authoring and production efforts for a global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and eCommerce team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in coordinating digital content across multiple platforms, managing creative asset workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of website updates on a global scale. As an essential team member, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across merchandising, eCommerce, production, and operations to manage and deliver timely website refreshes. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the web production team on small to mid-sized content initiatives and ongoing website updates
Manage creative asset coordination and delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards
Support basic content authoring tasks across global websites
Follow detailed project plans and meet tight deadlines
Communicate project progress and updates with clarity across teams and stakeholders
Coordinate with third-party vendors and independent contractors when necessary
Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or dependencies that may affect timelines
Monitor and address production issues, providing timely resolutions
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, streamline asset management, and increase team efficiency

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a web production or eCommerce-related role
Familiarity with website design elements and a good eye for implementing brand standards through content authoring
Previous experience managing the lifecycle of website creative assets, including tracking, approvals, and compliance
Understanding of website localization workflows and how to integrate translation best practices into content management
Basic knowledge of technical and content SEO principles
Working knowledge of project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
A growth-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
