The Pursuit Field Marketing Manager will support our sales team by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to win new business, requiring a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement field marketing plans to support sales pursuits and business development initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand target markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital marketing efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
Provide training and support to sales teams on marketing tools and best practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Advanced degree preferred.
