React Tech Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using React.js and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).
• Implement and maintain micro frontend architecture for scalable and modular applications.
• Integrate with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring and management.
• Work with GraphQL and WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) APIs to connect frontend with backend services.
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Contribute to the development of reusable component libraries and frontend architecture patterns.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accessibility standards are met and best practices are followed.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows to streamline development and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js, including SSR and CSR.
• Expertise in micro frontend architecture.
• Integration experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and WCS APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards.

Nice to Have

• eCommerce domain experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to analytics, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with other CMS platforms besides AEM.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year.
