Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategic direction and growth of the business through market coverage expansion, partnership building, and optimizing referral management.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, fostering valuable partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless integration of business development strategies across multiple regions.
Support internal and external teams by coaching them on sales techniques and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Provide leadership and coaching to the Admissions Director and External Hospital Liaison Teams.
Develop people and teams to ensure excellence in execution at all levels.
Lead and mentor internal and external business development teams, promoting a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork.
Work closely with regional leaders, patient navigation teams, and post-acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination across functions and markets.
Drive cross-market initiatives to improve referral and admission processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient referral management, ensuring efficient handling and communication.
Identify opportunities to expand market coverage by targeting new hospitals and facilities.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with Managed Plans, Accountable Care Organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and secure favorable contract terms.

Requirements

Four-year degree required.
Five to 7 years' experience in the healthcare industry required.
Willingness to travel to support market initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare industry (5-7 years)
Educational background with a four-year degree
