About the Role

TE Connectivity's Regional Product Managers (RPM) manage all aspects of a product portfolio, are tied directly to the customer, and own the business within the region. They develop and execute the overall business strategy to meet sales and profit targets within the region. This role of Americas RPM for Panel and Relays Solutions will manage the Signal and High Power category, a $30 million responsibility with aspirational growth targets, interacting closely with the Global Product Manager for Signal and High Power Relays to shape regional growth strategies and engaging directly with sales and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction activities
  • Prepare product promotional and training presentations
  • Establish a stronger competitive cross-reference database
  • Determine and establish competitive pricing
  • Partner with Operations to resolve product issues related to delivery, quality, inventory, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing/Digital to support Go-To-Market strategy execution
  • Enhance product-related digital content on TE.com
  • Conduct market and competitor research and analysis
  • Assist with product segmentation and other lifecycle management activities
  • Provide product information and samples to customers and sales team as needed
  • Participate in other special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 8+ years of employment with TE Connectivity, Product Management or Sales experience supporting an electrical connector portfolio
  • Demonstrated behavior and values above TE standards and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance goals
  • Drive for results mentality with the ability to work to deadlines and challenging targets
  • Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple functions
  • Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • SAP knowledge is a plus

Qualifications

  • Educational background of a bachelor's degree or higher
