About the Role

Acara Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist for a temporary role supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns. The position involves email marketing, paid social media advertising, and eCommerce site optimization, with a focus on driving revenue growth through digital demand generation. The role reports to the Marketing Director and requires hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance tracking, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, including creating compelling content, managing the full lifecycle from concept to performance analysis, and optimizing campaigns to improve deliverability and engagement.
Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including writing copy, partnering with the Art Director on visuals, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Assist with updating product pages, promotional banners, and landing pages to reflect current promotions, pricing, and imagery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, maintain campaign calendars and timelines, and support reporting and analytics across all channels.

Requirements

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (HubSpot), social ad managers (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and CMS/eCommerce tools (e.g., Magento, Drupal/DXP).
Strong analytical skills using HubSpot analytics, Meta/Google Ads dashboards, and experience with SEO.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to run reports, analyze data, and work within business applications such as Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Excel.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare-related fields (medical, dental, vision).
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager/Campaign Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
