About the Role

The Renewal Operations Intern at Jamf plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer renewals by managing exceptions within automation processes. This position combines customer service excellence with operational problem-solving to support Jamf's subscription renewal lifecycle. The internship involves managing quote modifications, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating connections between customers and internal resources, collaborating across teams to streamline the renewal journey through automated solutions. The role is based in Eau Claire, WI, requiring in-office presence and sponsorship to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and respond to customer inquiries while identifying and elevating critical escalations and process improvement opportunities to ensure optimal service delivery during the renewal process
Address customer concerns and questions regarding their Jamf solutions
Manage renewals utilizing automated processes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion
Collaborate with other teams to complete customer renewals
Identify process and operational gaps and help identify and execute solutions
Appropriately identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to leadership
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Currently pursuing degree in business, operations, information systems, communication or related field

Nice to Have

Previous customer service or operations experience
Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
Basic understanding of subscription-based business models
