About the Role

The Senior Manager, AMER Revenue Operations at Nintex is responsible for supporting the AMER Revenue organization by owning business planning activities, analytics, and growth initiatives. This role involves developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Channel, and Marketing in the AMER region, aligning with the Global Revenue organization. The individual will provide strategic insights and operational optimization to maximize profitability and growth, working closely with senior management and regional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Implement best practices in sales operations, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on key revenue metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Develop sales performance analyses and partner with Enablement to drive targeted training and improve sales productivity.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, renewals, channel, product, and customer success teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve interdepartmental processes and communication channels.
  • Optimize and lead revenue forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Develop pipeline programs to achieve quarterly and annual targets in partnership with Marketing; monitor revenue pipeline health and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role.
  • 7+ years of experience working in software or SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and revenue management practices.
  • Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM, and PowerBI.
  • Executive presentation skills and ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functionally across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $215,000, with variable compensation based on performance.
