About the Role

Insightful is a market-leading platform for employee productivity and workforce analytics. We process really big data, synthesize it into actionable insights, and ultimately provide a best-in-class, easy-to-use product that empowers enterprise customers to improve employee productivity, business processes, and overall staff well-being. We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Leader to unify and optimize our go‑to‑market engine across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The role involves owning the end‑to‑end GTM data strategy, tech stack, and analytics that power pipeline growth, predictable forecasting, and operational excellence, reporting to the VP of Sales and partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design dashboards and deep‑dive analyses that span lead generation through renewal/expansion, monitor KPIs, surface insights, and recommend actions to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build integrated funnel and revenue forecasts, align them with Finance, and drive quarterly planning cadences.
  • Administer and optimize GTM tools—currently HubSpot as CRM and marketing automation, attribution, sales engagement, DataStudio as a BI platform, Vitally for customer success, and evaluate new AI‑based tools like n8n.
  • Manage pipeline health, accounts distribution, quota setting, and deal desk processes, and maintain commission plans in partnership with Finance.
  • Operationalize campaign attribution, lead‑scoring, routing, nurture programs, and marketing automation, ensuring data hygiene between systems.
  • Instrument expansion, renewal, and NRR metrics; build playbooks to help CS teams act on usage and health data.
  • Translate feedback into projects that streamline hand‑offs, reduce friction, and scale repeatable GTM motions.
  • Establish standards for data quality, enrichment, and compliance across all revenue systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success owning a multi‑system GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI, attribution, enrichment).
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills: SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Excel/Sheets proficiency is a plus.
  • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scalable processes and clear metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence from IC to C‑suite.
  • Humble, hands‑on mindset: comfortable shifting between strategic planning and day‑to‑day fixes.
  • Core skills include strategic thinking, tactical execution, data storytelling, project management, change management, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI‑based tools like n8n.
