GTM Systems Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize the entire revenue process.
• Build complex GTM systems around lead routing, pipeline processes, and implementation of commission plans to scale with rapid growth.
• Analyze conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs while building reporting that provides real-time visibility into revenue performance.
• Own the RevOps tech stack and integrate a dozen tools into HubSpot.
• Dogfood and use Replit as part of your daily workflow.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in RevOps.
• Previous experience at a high growth SaaS startup.
• Successfully built the GTM systems from the ground up.
• Proven experience supporting companies through significant scaling phases ($10M to $100M+ ARR).
• Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
• Strong technical skills and an analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

• Current Replit user.
• Coming from an AI startup or implementing AI tools in your workflow.
• Experience with Hubspot.

Qualifications

• Full-stack development experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in RevOps or related fields.
