Retail & Marketing Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support monitoring commercial targets and KPI's
• Assist in implementing incentives, animating, and tracking performance
• Help develop and follow up on action plans for the retail network
• Support the preparation of business reviews and presentations for corporate visits
• Assist in preparing monthly inspire IB and EB meetings as well as quarterly IB and EB townhalls
• Support tailoring boutique activation catalogues and implementing VM and window displays
• Participate in boutique activation follow-up and ROI analysis
• Collaborate on partnerships with IB & EB
• Visit boutiques regularly to ensure all guidelines are followed and boutique conditions are maintained
• Support the development of a business-oriented approach within the network
• Assist with supply, ordering, and organization of retail network materials
• Process invoices, create POs, and support budget management for retail activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
• Takes initiative and provides complete follow-through on responsibilities
• Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a team player spirit
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software
• Data analytical mindset with retail KPI understanding
• Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to analyze, forecast, and strategize
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Tech savvy
• Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs and manipulate cases, fixtures, trays, etc.
• Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university

Nice to Have

• Experience with retail operations or marketing
• Knowledge of luxury retail environment
• Additional language skills relevant to North America
