About the Role

Join Our Team as a Sales Account Executive in Tampa- Unleash Your Potential! Boring Business Systems specializes in IT and print solutions. Are you a driven, results-oriented individual with a competitive spirit? We're looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team and make a real impact. In this exciting business-to-business (B2B) sales role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding market share and securing new business opportunities in your assigned territory. This is an outside sales position that requires a blend of hunting for new business and nurturing relationships with key clients. You'll be selling office equipment, such as printers and copiers, as well as cutting-edge office technology solutions, including managed network services, VoIP services, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining those accounts.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive network assessments and tailored solutions that address clients' unique business needs.
  • Collaborate with your Sales Manager to develop and present proposals for new services, ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Leverage creativity and drive to initiate cold calls, set appointments, and visit businesses in-person to build relationships and secure sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and provide a great customer experience from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and client technology infrastructures, allowing you to be a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular bi-weekly account reviews with your Sales Manager to track progress and refine strategies.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of B2B account management or account development experience.
  • 1+ year of cold calling and appointment-setting experience.
  • Driver's License with at least a 3-year clean driving record.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with the Tampa area is beneficial.
  • A passion for technology and its impact on business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cold calling and appointment-setting.
  • Territory knowledge of Tampa.

Qualifications

  • Driver's License (with at least a 3-year clean driving record).
