About the Role

Join the #1 beer distributor in the United States as a Sales Account Manager in Evansville, Indiana. This full-time position offers an independent work environment merchandising on a local route close to home, with opportunities for career advancement after 6 months of employment. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, increasing business through sales and product ordering, and executing sales plans within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with customers while increasing business by selling and ordering products within the territory.
Maintain and sell incremental displays, ensure proper pricing, and execute sales plans in a timely manner.
Secure trade support and coordinate the use of point-of-sale materials.
Execute and close all sales calls for assigned routes and plan and conduct regular sales calls.
Assess product rotation on shelf and in back room to maximize product freshness.
Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
Manage product breakage return.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3 to 4+ years of specific experience.
Ability to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage meeting company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
