About the Role

Paramount Advertising is a leading innovative organization that delivers advertising revenue across all media brands using groundbreaking research, data, partner marketing, and sales strategy approaches. This entry-level Sales Associate role supports key Ad Sales groups with exposure to both Linear and Digital advertising, providing an opportunity to collaborate with clients, industry executives, and internal teams while developing industry knowledge. The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid schedule, and offers a chance to join a passionate team committed to entertainment and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with account executives and account managers to fulfill daily client requests
  • Facilitate client order entry and management, working with internal departments and external clients to ensure client delivery and exceed expectations
  • Communicate with Sales, Traffic, Sponsorship, and Pricing & Inventory partners to ensure flawless post-sale execution of advertisement deals across multiple endpoints
  • Coordinate with Ad. Ops teams to carry out advertisers' creative assets, brand safety guidelines, and other specific requests while adhering to internal regulations
  • Monitor and report on campaign impressions, making adjustments to ensure orders deliver and bill in full
  • Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or campaign/creative issues
  • Work with Billing/Finance partners to clear discrepancies and ensure proper revenue recognition
  • Provide ongoing reporting to Sales teams
  • Collaborate with Sales Associate Managers on routine responsibilities and career development

Requirements

  • Must possess unrestricted US work authorization
  • 0-2 years of post-graduation professional experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, work ethic, and good judgment
  • Proactive self-starter and team player with ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Interest in working in advertising sales across media and entertainment platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience or interest in media & entertainment advertising
  • Familiarity with advertising sales processes and digital media platforms

Qualifications

  • Educational background implied as recent college graduates or entry-level professionals
  • Ability to pass a games-based assessment as part of the application process
