Key Responsibilities

  • Promote CLEAResult's service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients to expand relationships and present innovation/value.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, coordinating processes and projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and grow relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts).
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including interpreting data analytics.
  • Develop new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets, and recommend new marketing tactics, channels, or services.
  • Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategies for various clients and projects.
  • Provide day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a suite of clients.
  • Draft creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with creative and shared services teams to meet requirements.
  • Partner with agency team members to shepherd projects from conception to completion.
  • Facilitate campaign reviews, filter and translate client feedback, and share learnings across the marketing team.
  • Manage day-to-day client requests.
  • Partner with business development to draft proposals and budgets for new business.
  • Mentor less experienced account executives.
  • Collaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Manage project code setup and resource allocation.
  • Assist in meeting agency KPIs and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Experience with data analytics and interpreting key account metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to draft proposals, budgets, and creative briefs.
  • Experience mentoring team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy efficiency or related industries.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred).
