Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate communication with prospects by telephone and e-mail.
  • Generate and qualify new leads.
  • Gather data regarding markets and industries, utilizing best technology and information resources.
  • Develop prospect relationships.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Prepare reports from the CRM system and other software systems.
  • Work as a team with members of the Sales Development department and the Sales and Marketing groups.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn to identify and contact multiple prospects within a company.
  • Make approximately 45 calls per day to prospects utilizing internal Groove software for all calls.
  • Achieve preset quota for number of qualified leads sent to field monthly.
  • Add new prospects weekly using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn that are not in CRM.
  • Record all contacts made via email, phone, trade shows, etc., in CRM.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship for visas is provided.
  • Proficiency with sales tracking and Salesforce CRM software.
  • Ability to make outbound calls and communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Strong organizational skills to record and manage contacts and data.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of experience within a sales organization.
  • Experience cold calling into potential customers.
  • Technical sales experience.
  • Mid-range ERP software sales experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and nomenclature.
  • Strong command and comprehension of the Spanish language, spoken and written.
  • Must be a team player who embraces personal and professional responsibility.
