• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data.

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of horticulture or nursery products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior sales role or director level position.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
