About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
• Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies.
• Assist Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to retain current residents and prevent unnecessary moves.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician within the specified timeframe.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
• In good health physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in senior living or related healthcare fields.
• Previous experience in sales or community relations.
