The GTM Architecture & Operations team is the connective tissue between Commercial Strategy, Sales, Customer Success & Support, Marketing, and Product. Sitting in the Commercial Strategy and Operations function, this team advocates for the customer facing organizations in strategy discussions, representing their unique needs and constraints, determining how high level decisions will impact these organizations, and overseeing the implementation of the solutions. The role of the Sales Marketing Operations Program Manager is to drive alignment and execution between Marketing and Sales to ensure top-of-funnel strategies are designed and delivered effectively, operationalize lead generation initiatives, enable the field to act on high-quality pipeline, and maintain feedback loops that inform future campaigns.
