About the Role

Thomson Reuters seeks a Sales Specialist - Demand Generation to design and run high-impact outbound campaigns for Corporates, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Industry to drive measurable growth. The role involves owning end-to-end campaign strategies, enabling sales teams, coordinating cross-channel efforts, and providing market insights to inform roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaign strategies aligned to roadmaps, launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Define target segments, personas, and value propositions with Sales, Product, and Industry.
  • Create enablement toolkits: sequences, talk tracks, objections, decks, one-pagers, case studies.
  • Coordinate SDR execution: account lists, sequencing logic, SLAs, and cadences.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel touches with Marketing (email, events, webinars).
  • Maintain Salesforce/sales engagement accuracy for personas, messaging, and tracking.
  • Own analytics and optimization: dashboards, A/B tests, and leadership reporting.
  • Lead large-scale prospecting programs end to end, including data enrichment and cross-functional timelines.
  • Launch and roll out new sales tools/workflows; run pilots, enablement, adoption, and change management.

Requirements

  • Experience driving sales with a focus on multi-channel campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, and enabling operational processes for go-to-market teams, with an emphasis on change management and adoption.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and sales engagement tools; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfort and adaptability working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and bringing structure to ambiguity.

  • Project management experience (planning, cross-functional coordination, milestones, risk management, stakeholder reporting).
  • Preferred experience working in software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations.
