About the Role

The SalesForce Marketing Cloud Analyst role involves hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud to develop and modify transactional email, push, SMS, and letter templates. The position requires coordinating across teams to ensure backend templates align with business workflows, analyzing systems and data, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes. This is a hybrid work model reporting to Vienna, VA (preferred) or Greater Pensacola, FL, on a multiyear contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement backend templates and integrations
Support software releases and ensure smooth transitions to production
Collaborate with business units to resolve issues and enhance functionality
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system designs
Conduct system and data analysis using statistical and modeling techniques
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Research emerging technologies and align them with business goals
Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies

Requirements

Experience with Salesforce, HTML, SOAP UI API
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience with Workfront, ADO, Jira, or other project management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL
Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and presentation software
Ability to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions
Comfort reading simple API specs and exposure to SMS/Push technologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
