Key Responsibilities

Responsible for executing processes in lead generation and prospecting
Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure data integrity in Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Support tradeshow creativities, schedules, travel/logistics while maintaining budget
Collaborate with external sales representatives, monitor activity and commission
Create, compile and analyze customer and industry trends using CRM and ERP data
Assist in coordination of sales initiatives, e-mail campaigning, website and advertising
Prepare sales and marketing documentation, reports and metrics for internal and external personnel

Requirements

Self-motivated and maintains a positive attitude
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A team enabler and great communicator
Adaptable to new tools, systems and processes
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and data analytics
Successful work experience as a sales associate, marketing assistant or similar position
4-year degree in business, marketing or relevant field (preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
