This role involves managing system projects within our enterprise healthcare business data warehouse and analytics team, working with various resource managers, developing project plans, and building strong relationships with business partners and IT teams. The work includes engaging with complex healthcare data to support data-driven decisions and delivering industry-best data products with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage system projects within the enterprise healthcare business data warehouse and analytics team.
Work with resource managers to secure required project resource disciplines such as business analysts, developers, testers, and architects.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and budgets to deliver project scope on time and within budget.
Provide timely project updates, including progress, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and financials.
Work with the team to remove roadblocks and identify risks early.
Build strong, positive relationships with business partners and IT teams.
Engage with complex healthcare data to support data-driven business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to assemble large datasets for various CVS lines of business.
Create tools to provide actionable insights and integrate them with consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

Agile Scrum Master experience using Rally, Jira, or other Agile management tools.
Business analytical skills.
Project planning experience, including milestone management and budgeting.
Experience with data warehousing, data marts, and customer reporting.
Knowledge of SDLC methodology and project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant disciplines.
Master's degree preferred.
