About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coach a development team to their highest performance level while ensuring the Scrum project is successfully progressed.
• Ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders.
• Use tools like Jira to strengthen sustainable process improvements.
• Support Sprint planning and other Scrum efforts.
• Lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team Scrums, Sprint planning, and user demonstrations.
• Guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals, lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high-performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide feedback and means of improvement.
• Advise on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, or standardization of processes.
• Manage the Agile team to directly impact the Cloud Enterprise DoD capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a business or requirements analyst role or as a Scrum master in an Agile environment.
• Experience using requirements management tools, including Jira or TFS.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Ability to communicate and present technical language on the project to senior leaders and clients.
• Ability to execute Scrum methodologies for a product lifecycle.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Agile sessions such as team Scrums, Sprint planning, and user demonstrations.
• Ability to guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, and promote Agile quality practices.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or managing projects related to Cloud Enterprise DoD capabilities.
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies beyond Jira and TFS.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills in Agile environments.
