About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Running various ceremonies for the project, including guiding teams in all Scrum master concepts and ceremonies.
• Coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and improving their understanding and application of agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Working with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitoring and reporting on key metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance agile practices and optimize team workflow.
• Facilitating effective communication within and across teams and with stakeholders.
• Facilitating release planning workshops and ensuring transparency of the release vision.
• Educating teams, including product owners, on agile requirements, planning, and backlog creation.

Requirements

• Primary skill: Scrum Master.
• Secondary skills: UI, Jenkins, Github, JIRA.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scrum framework and agile practices.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $70,000-$115,000 a year.
