About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support sidecar integration by working closely with development and O&M teams.
• Drive the success of the Features Delivery Development Team by promoting efficiency, quality, and rapid feature delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness of user stories.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and operations and maintenance (O&M), fostering a collaborative environment.
• Work with developers and O&M team to ensure features are deployment-ready and aligned with operational standards.
• Introduce and reinforce industry best practices for Agile software development and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and address impediments affecting team progress, applying problem-solving skills to mitigate issues.

Requirements

• Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong facilitation skills to guide team dynamics and decision-making.
• Experience championing Agile processes within feature teams and facilitating ceremonies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product owners and development teams to manage the backlog.
• Experience acting as a liaison between development and O&M teams for sidecar integration.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, DevOps culture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in backlog management, user story creation, refinement, and estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
